Management should consider enhancing their gym equipment!!! The noise from the hallway could use soundproofing to improve comfort levels !!!

Everything is modern, I truly enjoyed it. The location is good, as the hotel is based to popular tourist sites. Overall the staff is helpful.

Rooms were clean and spacious, but the bed was uncomfortable. Nice breakfast options available with engaging staff. Pool maintenance needs attention.

I had a lovely stay with asuper clean and cozy room that even had a mini fridge and microwave to make things easier. The heated pool was perfect, and I enjoyed the cozy lobby area too. Just a small issue with a billing mix-up, but it got sorted out quickly 😊

The gym needed better maintenance, but the complimentary water bottles were a nice touch.

I had a pleasant stay, loved the comfortable beds and clean rooms, but the chair in the room was awkward. I’d totally come back again!

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

We enjoyed our two-night stay despite a minor hiccup at check-in. The king studio suite was pristine and spacious. I appreciated the friendly front desk staff who worked hard amid a busy weekend. Tip, If arriving for an event, call ahead to ensure your room is ready!

The hotel was beautifully decorated, with a lovely lobby and easy access throughout the building as a senior. The breakfast area was inviting.

A more comfortable lounge area for seniors would help.

It's great location right near my office. The breakfast is really excellent for being complimentary. I enjoyed the fitness center and indoor pool too!

The room was immaculate and exceeded my expectations compared to my previous visit in warrington. The breakfast was a treat with freshly baked goods and great coffee that helped kickstart my day.
